We love discovering new tools, ingredients, and lifestyle brands that align with the Eat Live Wander ethos. Because we travel frequently and maintain a curated editorial calendar, our physical mailing address is available by request only.

To request our shipping address or invite us to an upcoming event, please email eatlivewander+press@gmail.com with a brief description of your brand, product, or experience.

Our Gifting, Review & Event Policy To maintain the integrity of our publication and the trust of our audience, please note the following policies regarding all mail, PR packages, unsolicited gifts, and press invitations:

  • No Guaranteed Coverage: Receiving an item does not guarantee editorial coverage, a product review, social media placement, or inclusion in our newsletter. We only organically feature products we genuinely love, use, and believe our audience will value. Any guaranteed feature, dedicated video content, or specific placement timeline must be formally negotiated and contractually agreed upon prior to shipping.
  • Events & Press Trips: Accepting an invitation to attend an event, media dinner, or press trip does not obligate Eat Live Wander to publish written or video content about the experience unless a contractual partnership has been signed in advance.
  • No Returns: All items sent to us for review or consideration become the property of Eat Live Wander and will not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Perishables & Time-Sensitive Deliveries: If you are sending perishable food items, you must coordinate with our team via email beforehand to ensure someone is available to receive and properly store the delivery.
  • Customs, Duties & Shipping: All international shipments must be sent with shipping, customs, and duties fully paid by the sender (Delivery Duty Paid / DDP). We will not accept or pay fees to release unsolicited packages.
  • Full Transparency: We value our readers' trust above all else. If we choose to feature a gifted item, PR package, or hosted experience, it will be clearly disclosed to our audience as a PR gift or press sample in accordance with FTC guidelines.
